In webinar format, the private title of Expert in Hospitality & Butler Services offers participants a complete and broad repertoire of knowledge and skills necessary for the management of butler services and the care and management of the customer experience in hotels of luxury, as well as in airline planes, private jets and pleasure yachts. Likewise, training is provided to lead the domestic service of large properties and the participants are prepared to carry out executive personal assistance tasks and as House Manager of embassies and institutional headquarters.

The next courses will be held on the following dates:
From September 5, 2020 to December 19, 2020.
Classes are taught in person on Fridays from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. In Madrid time.
From January 12, 2021 to May 6, 2021.
Classes are taught in person on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Those interested living in Europe and those residing in America can enroll at any time during the course, even if it has started. You can finish it in the next course and even repeat attendance at the seminars that interest you most.
